Are you eligible for a return?
If you are not happy with your MerMuse WhimSea purchase, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with a proof of purchase from mermusewhimsea.com.
We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Returned items must not be used, washed, worn, or altered.
Items noted as FINAL SALE and/or personalized items are not eligible for return.
How to complete at return
Navigate to your order history and select “Request Return” and complete the prompts to submit your return request.
**To cover shipping and handling, please note a flat Adjustment Fee of $7 will be deducted from the total merchandise amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to process after delivery to our facility.
