Shipping Rate
We currently ship all orders using UPS
*Unless otherwise specified in your order, all orders ship with UPS ground using Flat Rate (Simple Rate) shipping.
*Shipping Rate is calculated based on shipping box size.
*All orders of $100 or more ship for free! Merchandise total must be $100 or greater after any discounts are applied and before taxes or shipping are added to grand total. You will be able to see the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
*Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
*MerMuse WhimSea is not responsible if the package is not delivered in the estimated shipping times once the package has left our facility or for lost/stolen packages.

Processing Time
We are currently processing orders within an estimated 3-5 business days!
*Orders take an estimated 3-5 business days to process once the order has been received.
*Orders placed after 3pm EST Mon-Fri will be received the following business day.
*Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be received the following business day.
*Orders placed during sales may require additional processing time.
*Processing and shipping estimated time frames are not combined.
*We do not currently offer expedited processing options.
